I'm one those people whose Bible looks like a coloring book and I don't apologize It always amazes me when I read scripture, that I obviously have read before, (because it is either gel-marked in purple, yellow, blue, pink, or orange) with fresh eyes! I was reading Hebrews 11 which is like a "hall of fame" of the men and women of old and their FAITH. My focus quickly rested on those verses about Moses and how he saw things from God's view point...beginning at verse 23. Wow! WE get so bogged down in our earthly trials and this passage might remind us to look beyond what is seen and what the world has to offer! Hebrews 11:24-25 (KJV)
24 By faith Moses, when he was come to years, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh's daughter;
25 Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season;
